UKCISA feeds back on government proposals of a Red-Amber-Green rating and tightening of Basic Compliance Assessment metrics

In July, the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) released the latest Graduate Outcomes survey data as accredited official statistics. This data offers the most up-to-date picture of international graduate activity from the class of 2022/23 – capturing the experiences of tens of thousands of alumni.

At the UKCISA Annual Conference 2025, the University of Hertfordshire and Kingston University shared how resilient advice and compliance teams are key to navigating regulatory change. Through two different case studies, they explored how institutions are adapting team structures, cultures, and practices to meet the evolving needs of both students and UKVI.

UKCISA is asking for input from members by September, as a part of its Code of Ethics review.
